1.Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of jagssystems.com (the “Site”), operated by JAGS Systems LLC (“JAGS Systems,” “we,” or “I”), a Texas limited liability company based in San Antonio. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms cover the website only. Any services you hire JAGS Systems to perform are governed by a separate written services agreement, described in section 3.

2.Using the Site

You may use the Site for its intended purpose: learning about JAGS Systems, trying the demonstration tools, and contacting us. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates the law or these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its hosting, or any related system.
• Interfere with the Site’s operation, including by scraping, automated requests at abusive volume, or introducing malicious code.
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content through the contact form.
• Copy, reproduce, or republish Site content for commercial purposes without written permission.

We may restrict or block access to the Site for anyone who violates these Terms.

3.Services and the services agreement

Information on the Site about our services, packages, tiers, timelines, and hosting plans is a general description, not an offer. The actual scope, price, timeline, and terms of any project are set out in a written quote and a services agreement signed by both parties before work begins.

If anything on the Site conflicts with a signed services agreement, the services agreement controls for that engagement. Prices shown as “starting at” are starting points that depend on scope and may change based on your specific needs.

4.Demonstration tools and estimates

The Site includes interactive tools meant to show what JAGS Systems can build: the live homepage builder, the automation demo, the manual-work cost calculator, and the JAGS Assistant helper. Please understand what they are and are not.

• They are demonstrations that run in your browser using sample data and simplified logic.
• The homepage builder produces a preview, not a finished website. The real site is built from scratch after a signed agreement.
• The cost calculator does simple arithmetic from numbers you enter. It is not a prediction, a guarantee of savings, or financial advice.
• The automation demo shows a simulation of typical workflows. Results in your business will depend on your systems and data.
• The “Recommended package” and “Estimated timeline” shown by the builder are general guidance, not a quote.

Nothing produced by these tools creates a contract, a price commitment, or a promise of results.

5.Intellectual property

The Site and everything on it that we created, including the design, code, text, graphics, logo, and the demonstration tools, belong to JAGS Systems LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view the Site and share links to it. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

The portfolio section shows websites we built for clients. Those businesses’ names, logos, and content belong to them and are shown to illustrate our work. Nothing on the Site grants you any right to use a client’s name or materials.

The “JAGS Systems” name and logo are the property of JAGS Systems LLC.

6.What you send us

When you contact us through the Site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send confidential business information, credentials, or sensitive personal data through the contact form. Wait until we have a signed agreement and a secure channel.

7.Third-party sites and services

The Site links to client websites and to third-party services we use or mention. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. A link is not an endorsement. Your use of any third-party site is governed by its own terms.

8.Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work hard to keep it accurate and online, but we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the Site, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Content on the Site is general information about our services. It is not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such.

9.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JAGS Systems LLC and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. Liability for services we perform for clients is addressed in the applicable services agreement.

10.Accessibility

We build to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) standards and want everyone to be able to use the Site. If you encounter a barrier or need content in a different format, email us and we will work with you to fix it.

11.Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing anything, please contact us first. Most issues can be resolved with an email.

12.Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms here and update the “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
